For about six days no one really knew his where abouts. Around two weeks later, his family said they had received news about the journalist:

The information came from other people who had been arrested and who were in the same premises where it was Zaid. According to friends, he went "well" and return home soon.
Today the happy news reached a page on Facebook Zaid, who called for his freedom. Several friends and activists celebrated the return of the boy to his family in perfect health.
We all exchange kind with Zaid and his family and friends for their release anden joyment (for happiness)
in good health. Freedom for the people of Syria!
